Disney World restaurants along Main Street, USA

Main Street Bakery (Main Street USA)
If you're like me, you can spot a bakery at 500 yards. :) Enjoy this place as often as you can!

"BEST carrot cake in the world!!! It's moist and the frosting is not too sweet." - Diane C, Mountain View CA

"What is super cool about this place is a lot of the baking goes on right there AND you can watch them do it! It's fascinating watch them make the apples and fudge and rice crispies and all the other amazingness they make there." - Lisa D, Orlando FL

"The Cast Members here are great! When I've already had breakfast and just want my hot chocolate, I ignore the long line and go to one of the cash registers where a Cast Member is always more than willing to go get my hot chocolate for me. Great way to avoid the line if you aren't wanting to get food." - Amy S, Orlando FL

The Crystal Palace (Main Street, USA)
Enjoy some tasty buffet and see Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Eeyore at the Crystal Palace. It was designed to somewhat resemble its namesake, a cast-iron and glass building that was originally erected in Hyde Park, London, England, to house the Great Exhibition of 1851. Be sure to make a reservation as soon as you start planning your trip. Call (407) 939-3463 to make a reservation.

"The food was really good; better than I expected. I liked how they had a two sided buffet so the lines wouldn't get too long and they met up in the middle with a guy offering to cut up meat for you." - Nai S, Stockton CA

"Food was slightly more creative than I expected. Lots of choices for all tastes." - Mickey D, Columbus OH

"The dessert bar is fabulous! So many desserts to choose from, they are all wonderful, and of course you'll want to try them all." - Amy S, Orlando FL

Tony's Town Square (Main Street USA)
Remember the Italian ristorante from Lady and the Tramp? Yes, they turned it into a Disney World restaurants! You'll find many Italian favorites like pizzas, pastas, panini and more. Yes, they have tiramisu, crème brûlée, and spumoni! Be sure to make reservations in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

"This is my favorite Disney World restaurant. We sat outside on the porch during sunset right before the parade was about to go by. The food and service was exceptional." - Mark D, Reading PA

"As far as sit down table service restaurants at the Magic Kingdom, I would rank this in third place. First for me is Liberty Tavern, Second is Crystal Palace, then Tony's, finally the Plaza. I haven't had the chance to eat at the Castle yet. ;)" - Sarah S, Schaumburg IL

"If you ask your server, you can go into the kitchen and see the spot where the dogs kissed (from the movie)." - Aaron A, Dublin OH

The Plaza Restaurant (Main Street, USA)
Deli-style sandwiches, burgers, and sweet treats from an old-fashioned ice cream fountain. Call (407) WDW-DINE to make reservations.

"The Plaza is known for their wonderful milkshakes and ice cream desserts. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich which had grilled chicken breast topped with shaved ham and Swiss cheese served on a flour-dusted Kaiser. It was very tastey with french fries. I had to have a vanilla malt too. YUM!! You get a large glass with your milkshake/malt and the metal container it was mixed in making nearly enough for two servings! I also had a cherry coke with cherries and grenadine like the old drugstores used to sell. I LOVE real cherry cokes." - Anna B, Chattanooga TN

"Tip: Do not waste a good Disney Dining Plan table service meal at this location....so not worth it with so many better options. (cough) Think Epcot!" - Susan R, Orlando FL

Casey's Corner (Main Street, USA)
Hot dogs and French fries!

"I really enjoy Casey's Corner. The hot dogs are great and they have everything to put on them. It's a win-win for me. Rarely do you find all the options in one place. The fries are pretty good and my brother likes them with cheese sauce. It is a nice place for Guests to go to get a quick snack and mostly everyone in the family can deal with getting an all-american favorite. I enjoyed going in the back and sitting on the bleachers watching Mickey clips." - Maria L, Clemont FL

"Others have mentioned the "grandstand" type seating. However, you should beware because there are very few seats in this "grandstand" and there are only 4-5 tables inside. If they are very busy, you're going to have a very difficult time trying to find somewhere to sit and if it's the summertime, you will want to be sitting inside soaking in the A/C. My secret for finding a place to sit? There is a pinball machine (faux) in the corner of the eating area and I always grab a chair and use the pinball machine as a table. I've never seen anyone else do this; so, shhhh... keep my secret :)" - Amy S, Orlando FL

Plaza Ice Cream Parlor (Main Street USA)
It's hot. YOU HAVE TO GET ICE CREAM!

"OMG really great ice cream. Great waffle bowls made fresh. Great coke floats too." - Jeremy C, Florissant MO

"The interiors are quaint with a nice turn of the century touch (19th to 20th century)." - Jonathan C, San Gabriel CA

Disney World restaurants in Fantasyland

Cinderella's Royal Table (Fantasyland)
Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner inside Cinderella's Castle! All of the Disney Princesses mingle about and will pose for pictures. Please note that you must make reservations far in advance. call (407) 939-3463 to make your reservations.

"This is one of the hardest Disney World restaurants to get into, so reserve early!!" - Amanda G, Akron OK

"You walk in and there is Cinderella all in her blue ballgown waiting to take a pic with you and your family." - Jenny C, Palm Beach Gardens FL

Have lunch early...or late

"Always avoid that 1130-1pm lunch rush!" - Sarah S

"Wow! My little one wore her Cinderella dress. When you walk in they announce the little princess. She was in heaven!!! My wife and I will never forget it. Just for my children's experience I give it five stars." - Edward W, Chicago IL

"The food is pretty good, too. I've been here for Lunch as well as Dinner and this is only one of two places (the other being the Biergarten at Epcot) that serves you the AMAZING pretzel bread rolls...oh my, those are the best!!" - Shaun R, Warrenville IL

"Finally, we timed our dinner perfectly so that we got to watch the fireworks show as we ate dessert! I highly recommend this. I believe that Monday through Thursdays, the fireworks are at 8, and 9 on Friday and the weekend (but please check the schedule). We had a 6:30 seating, so by the time we were halfway through dessert, we got to watch the fireworks from our table (if you can, request a table by the windows for the best view, of course). While the view was a little hindered by the stained glass, in some ways, I think it was made better as the windows really sparkled and watching a fireworks show from the table is quite dazzling (compounded by the fact that we didn't have to deal with the crowds outside)." - Fenny L, Gaithersburg MD

Pinocchio Village Haus (Fantasyland)
Serving mostly just pizza, chicken nuggets, and salads.

"The best thing about this place is the cute Pinocchio decor throughout and the fun view of It's A Small World. One window of the eatery overlooks where boats take off for the ride. You can wave down to people on the ride as they look back up at you waving in a confused state wondering where you're seated." - Sarah S, Schaumburg IL

"If you are looking for something quick in the middle of the day in the fantasyland area this would be a good place to go." - Kelly M, Orlando FL

The Friar's Nook (Fantasyland)
Nothing too exciting at this Disney World restaurant...

"Pretty much just your basic hot dog and french fries here. Nothing spectacular about the hot dog or fries. For the price, there are other quick service restaurants in The Magic Kingdom I'd rather spend my money. At least at Casey's you get a toppings bar so you can load your hot dog up." - Amy S, Orlando FL

Disney World restaurants in Tomorrowland

Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café (Tomorrowland)
Try a Blast-off Burger, Cosmic Chicken and Starlight Soups.

"For those that didn't plan on eating at a specific Disney World restaurant during their Magic Kingdom experience, you have a 97% chance of ending up here. That's because Cosmic Ray's is a large, generic cafe, which is safe enough for the whole family & cheap by Disney standards." - Jordan S, SAtellite Beach, FL

"This place is a logistical nightmare! It's set up with 3 bays each serving a different type of food, chicken, burgers, sandwiches etc. It's so UN-Disney! If you are with your family or a group of people (which is likely) you have to decide to order all chicken, all burgers, or all sandwiches. Otherwise, you will have to wait in line AGAIN! and you use your credit card AGAIN! and it will take you forever to sit down all together and eat! Meaning, someone will be eating cold food. What a mess! They really need to fix that. The guy in line behind me at the chicken line, was calling his wife (I think) and I overheard him say, "It's going to take me awhile, I have to go wait in another line if little Jimmy wants the chili dog, do you want to come back and get that later or get something else?" I was feeling his pain :(" -Mike P, Plainfield NJ

"The toppings they offered at their food bar were fresh and I believe above and beyond. Especially the mushrooms!" - Susan R, Orlando FL

Tomorrowland Terrace Cafe (Tomorrowland)
If you're really hungry, try the Angus Bacon Cheeseburger, Fried Chicken Sandwich or Lobster Roll. If you're only kinda hungry, go for the Beef and Blue Cheese Salad or Citrus Shrimp Salad. Sounds good, but thie restaurant is only open seasonally.

"I admit the lobster roll sucked me in and I was the loser. It wasn't very good and not the way to start off a trip. Not the best Disney World restaurant." - Scott A, Santa Monica CA

Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party (Tomorrowland)
They don't do this every night, but sometimes you can get into a DESSERT BUFFET that affords you a great vbantage point from which to watch the fireworks. They open (when they do open, that is) one hour before the fireworks start. That gives you plenty of time to get in and see how many slices of awesomeness you can fit onto your plate before the show starts. Do call (407) WDW-DINE to make your reservations.

Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies (Tomorrowland)

"The smoothies are very good and very refreshing on a hot day or even a not-so-hot day. If you're looking for something cool and refreshing, this is the place!" - Amy S, Orlando FL

Disney World restaurants ice cream places in Adventureland

Sunshine Tree Terrace (Adventureland)
Soft-serve ice cream and tropical fruit slushies

Aloha Isle (Adventureland)
If you've experienced Disneyworld's famous Dole Whip at the Tiki Juice Bar, get ready for bigger, better, and ...cheaper? Yes! Aloha Isle is larger than the Tiki Juice Bar, has MORE FLAVORS of Dole Whip, and sells them at a better price. What's not to love?

"The past two times I've been to Disney I found this little gem tucked away in Adventureland. Aloha Isle offers a very fresh fruit ice cream (offering plain vanilla, orange, or pineapple). You can either get a soft serve (even mixing flavors if you choose!) or try a float with fruit juices!" - Ashley S, Bowling Green KY

"Most amazing dessert ever! I love fruit and I love ice cream, the combination blows my mind! Its just the right amount of sweet to challenge the same amount of tart. I had the pineapple float with half pineapple and half vanilla soft serve. Delicious. Now I'm craving Florida just for the float!" - Maniko B, San Jose CA

Disney World restaurants in Liberty Square

Columbia Harbour House (Liberty Square, between the Haunted Mansion and Peter Pan)
Eat big sandwiches, chowder, chicken, and salads right on the river.

"This is my go-to place at the Magic Kingdom for lunch! As a season passholder, I have tried most of their restaurants and this is by far my fave." - Marci L, Orlando FL

"As soon as I stepped into this restaurant I liked it. It had an authentic old harbour feel (and air conditioning.)" - Brandon J, Pima AZ

"They have the usual tasty chicken fingers but also have a few more unique choices as well. This is my favorite quick service spot in Magic Kingdom." - Sarah S, Schaumburg IL

"This is one of my favorite counter service locations at the Magic Kingdom. The menu has sandwiches, salads, fish, shrimp, chicken, and clam chowder. Also note that you can get Gluten-Free fish and chicken strips here if you need that for your diet." - John F, Orlando FL

Liberty Tree Tavern (Liberty Square)
Enjoy hearty New England-style lunches, such as traditional roast turkey, salads and sandwiches in this 18th-century Colonial replica. Call (407) WDW-DINE to make reservations.

"We got to the restaurant about 10 minutes early, and they offered to let our family open the restaurant, meaning that at 11:30 they take you up to a second floor area that overlooks all of the people who are waiting to be seated and they let you ring a bell and read a declaration opening the restaurant and they give you a card with the date and all of the signatures of the staff saying that you opened the restaurant on that day." - Christopher C, Bethlehem, PA

"We were expecting mediocre food but were very pleasantly surprised. We had a great waiter, super friendly, and all of the food was brought out promptly. You gotta love all you can eat when they bring it in big bowls right to your table!" - Sarah S, Schaumburg IL

"I love this Disney World restaurant for one main reason, and one reason only: the beef. Holy Lord, it's amazing." - Ashley M, Orlando FL

"Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, and Chip all came to my table to visit me. I got what I was after. I'm a 25-year-old woman, but I grinned like a five-year-old girl for the rest of the day." - JT, Mobile AL

Sleepy Hollow (Liberty Square)
Funnel cakes!

"Pretty quick service, hot and a bit gooey and crusty, all for $4.29. This is cheaper than the $6 funnel cake at Epcot, and a bit smaller." - Lili K, Manhattan NY

"The funnel cakes here are to absolutely die for! Make sure to have yours topped with strawberries and whipped cream! It is not a dessert you can eat all by yourself (ok, so maybe SOME can LOL), so make sure to have one or two others to share with." - Amy S, Orlando FL

Disney World restaurants in Frontierland

The Diamond Horseshoe (Frontierland)
Yee-haw! The Diamond Horseshoe is a fun, casual Western-themed Disney World restaurant. Open seasonally because it's too good for year-round service. Call (407) 939-3463 to make reservations.

"The Magic Kingdom is not known for having excellent food so this place completely surprised us. The Mac & Cheese was SO creamy is was sinfully good. The ice cream had real vanilla beans....I love vanilla and believe it should be put in everything I eat. The decor will remind you of an old fashioned exquisite theater which you hope will come to life any moment. Unfortunately their last show aired 13 years ago but hey, we can dream right?" - Susan R, Orlando FL

"For starters they brought out a salad of mixed greens with a strawberry vinaigrette. Next came the rolls with butter. Then they brought out a platter of carved roasted turkey breast, ham slices, and carved beef. The sides were mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, and green beens. They also brought out a bowl of fresh turkey gravy. I couldn't believe my eyes seeing this feast spread out before us. Just seeing it was fun, but EATING IT was sooooo good!! When you've been walking around the park for hours and hours and you're hungry and tired, nothing beats a dinner like this." - Alina R, Miami FL

Golden Oak Outpost (Frontierland)
Chicken: in sandwiches and nuggets

"This is a perfect place to grab a bite for your little ones because they offer chicken nuggets and you can please just about any child on the planet with good old fashioned chicken nuggets!! For the adults in the group, I'd suggest Pecos Bill which is nearby." - Amy S, Orlando FL

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café (Frontierland)
Burgers in a fun Western restaurant!

"The order takers have been replaced by a computer. I keep telling everyone the Terminator is going to come true...little by little it is happening." - Anthony M, Chicago IL

"I am not kidding you when I say that out of all the eating options at the Walt Disney World resort, Pecos Bill is above and beyond my favorite. What makes it to die for is the toppings bar. You think toppings bar, you think ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, blah, blah, blah. When Pecos Bill talks topping bar it has all the standards plus every salad dressing you can imagine, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, mushrooms and onions being sauteed in front of you AND (drum roll please) and ENDLESS supply of melted cheese. Oh my word!!! I dream of the constant flowing spouts of cheese." - Lisa D, Orlando FL

"You definitely get your money's worth here. There's so much meat on the BBQ sandwich you can ask for an extra bun and actually make 2 sandwiches (they would both still be filling)!" - Amy S, Orlando FL
