My Favorite restaurant in Coeur d'Alene is the Cedars Floating Restaurant

It is really cool how you walk out on an enclosed bridge to get to the restaurant and eat over the water.
My wife and I like to eat early and love that dinner at the Cedars Floating Restaurant starts at 4pm.
I like to order their Yam Fries as an appetizer, they are only $7 and it is a great starter. They are topped with crumbled Gorgonzola and drizzled in honey balsamic.
For an entrée I enjoy getting the 16-ounce rib eye steak. It is $34 and comes with potatoes and vegetables. The rib eye at Cedars Floating Restaurant is the best steak I have ever tasted and the sides are delicious too.
The restaurant is a little higher priced than most but it is very classy and a great place for a date. They accept reservations and even do weddings. It is family friendly but the atmosphere is more of a romantic place to take someone special. Cedars Floating Restaurant is a peaceful place to eat and there is not a place with better food in the area.
If you are looking to drink alcohol with your meal it is also the right place to go. For $9 they have tropical long island iced teas that are delicious.
Every time I go to the Cedar Floating Restaurant I get a polite server who provides excellent service.
I have eaten at a lot of great restaurants in Coeur d’Alene but whenever I eat at the Cedars Floating Restaurant, always leave satisfied.
I would give them a five star rating and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a romantic place to eat.
It is open 7 days a week and has a patio open in the summer.
