Katy's Opinion: "I've visted the Old European in Pullman WA a number of times when I lived in across-the-border Moscow ID. It's all-around deliciousness! If it's your first time enjoying a Scandanavian breakfast, I recommend the Scandinavian Cake Plate. You get a strawberry Swedish crepe, a German potato pancake, three Danish aebelskivers (imagine large, fresh donut holes), plus a few buttermilk hotcakes, all for under $9 (as of this writing)."
